After an unexpected (and very uncooperative) deer decided to introduce itself to the front of my vehicle, I brought the damage to Coachmaster, and I’m convinced they’re miracle workers. They turned a holiday season headache into a genuinely pleasant experience. The team was friendly, upbeat, and refreshingly human. Even with Christmas chaos swirling around, they finished the job on time and with craftsmanship so clean you’d never guess my car had a run in with wildlife. Honestly, the paint looks better than before the deer and I ever crossed paths. If you want beautiful work, timely service, and people who treat you like a neighbor instead of a number, Coachmaster is the place. They were all very nice from when I waked in! They had to order the part for my car but I couldn’t open my door so the owner took it back and fixed it well enough to be able to get out of my car! That was so nice and he didn’t charge me either! The receptionist was real sweet and personable visited with while I waited! When the part came in they got me right in I didn’t have to wait at all! The price was great Subaru wanted to charge me over $300 just to look at it!! Crazy they fixed it for way less! They love dogs too!😁👍

It was a pleasure doing business with these guys. The body work was done quickly and perfectly. The only issue was a delay getting the car to the dealer. Apparently there was an issue that required a dealer trained tech to fix. Other than that it was all good.
