Absolutely terrible experience. Do not take your car here if you care about quality service or basic respect. This review isn't because of a failed inspection it's because of the shockingly rude managers, unprofessional staff, and overall chaotic environment. I came in for a state inspection, a tail light electrical issue, and a steering noise. They failed the inspection due to the light but couldn’t even fix the issue. I took my car elsewhere, got it fixed properly, and passed with no problems. To make matters worse, they drove my car over a trash can that was carelessly left blocking the newly redone pavement. BE AWARE!!!! Took my car there to get the state inspection done my horn was in working condition they told me my horn needs to be replaced trying to rip me off employees are very rude.. I recommend not going there also be careful putting the fuel from there. Price is low because quality is low.

I took my vehicle here for a simple state inspection and oil change, and ended up extremely disappointed with how they tried to overcharge me. What should’ve been a routine visit quickly turned into them adding unnecessary “recommendations” and inflated service costs that didn’t make sense. When I questioned the pricing, the staff became defensive instead of explaining the charges clearly. I’ve done enough maintenance on my car to know what a fair inspection and oil change should cost, and what they quoted was well above normal rates. It honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage of customers who might not know any better. Extremely Disappointed – Overpriced and Unprofessional I had a terrible experience at this auto shop. They charge way more than even the dealership, yet the quality of service and customer care is far below standard. The waiting area doesn’t even have a single seat for customers — you’re just left standing around while they overcharge you. On top of that, the staff shows no respect or courtesy toward customers. You’d expect better treatment, especially when you’re paying such high prices. I will definitely not be coming back, and I’d advise others to take their business somewhere that values honesty, comfort, and respect.

You go in for one thing and they invent another. I knew it was a spark plug change, but the mechanic wanted to change the clutch, haha, and for his great analysis he charged $130. We changed the spark plugs somewhere else.And that's it, problem solved. But...That man knows what he's doing, how can he tell you something so simple is fatal? A total rip-off. And from $2500, supposedly reduced to $1700. Please! I gave him his $130 for lunch and dinner.I definitely don't recommend that shop. A friend who went there for a checkup said his lights were fine, but they told him some of them were faulty. I don't know, but I'm never going back to that place.
