Coastal Car Wash

I stopped by Coastal Car Wash today because the website said you were open… or so I thought. When I got there, it wasn’t exactly clear if anyone was around. I guess the mystery of “are they open or closed?” adds a little excitement to my day! 😅 All joking aside, I hope this was just a mix-up — I love your services when I can actually find them open and look forward to my next visit… hopefully with less suspense.

I recently visited and had an excellent experience with Adam Prep, who helps bring cars in the tunnel! It was my first time using their service, and they were incredibly patient and kind throughout the process. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Adam was incredible, making sure I was comfortable throughout my first visit. The service was thorough, and the $35.00 price is unbeatable for the quality you receive. They even guided me in with care, which made the whole process smooth. I met the full service tech named Dee, who offered mini details starting at $80.00, which is perfect for my husband and does not break the bank! Highly recommend for anyone seeking excellent service at a great price!

This place is great, staff were friendly and helpful and the car looked terrific. I love being able to stay in the car during the wash and you cannot get a better price. It is now my go to place for a car wash and my dog loves it too!

Drive through the snow storm and my vehicle was covered in salt. I just wanted the exterior done. After driving out for drying. The carwash and drying personal did a great job! Tires and vehicle was clean. Please don't forget to tip, they do a excellent job. It was 21°.

While the place is probably the best car wash in Dover however I witnessed something terrible a few weeks back to a regular customer. I’ve been seeing them come to this car wash for years and the way he was talked to by the means your supervisor shift was unacceptable and just to make sure you’re like that or watch them when you treat like that that’s been going on here just as long as I have I choose not ever come back I’m not too sure what was going on, but I can tell you that the police switched up when the supervisor pulled up and the supervisor didn’t even even try to diffuse the situation. He basically told me to shut up or he’s gonna stop getting this cartoon and of course the dude didn’t shut up so he basically beat the amount of car wash and I think Money is too hard to come by to
