I had an amazing experience at Coastal Collision Center. Jimmy, the owner, went above and beyond to help me with my case from start to finish. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, keeping me updated the entire time. My car was repaired incredibly fast — it was ready within just two weeks — and it looks absolutely brand new! The quality of the work and the level of communication were both outstanding. I can’t thank Jimmy and his team enough for their professionalism and care. Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs collision repair done right!

I was sent here to get my car fixed after an accident. The owner is a nice guy but the work done on my car was a disaster. After 1 1/2 years the area that was repaired was literally cracking. At first I thought it was just paint until my mechanic told me it was a structural error and whoever repaired it didn't do it right. I reached out to the owner cause he was nice guy the first go round but instead I got the manager Ryan who said he's familiar with the problem because a lot of people has been coming back for the same reason because the mechanic that is now fired did a bunch of faulty work on other cars I wasn't the only one. I informed him that my car is already being fixed is there any way we can come to some type of agreement for Coastal Collision to cover it and he said okay let me c

This is a very difficult time when you get hit and the shock of the event happens seconds after the incident. Coastal Collision was on scene and was helpful in detailing the process. I truly felt the compassion and I decided to have them assess the damage. They were upfront and clear that the car was damaged beyond repair as some shops will attempt to fix in order to get paid. Ryan worked very hard itemizing the parts list and labor for repair. Also outlining the process and educating me what were the next steps. It’s hard to find a company that has staff that care about the best interest of the customer. Thanks again for all your help and will refer my friends and family for future business.

300$ to go 4.6 miles? No thanks. Anyone else does it for 150$ claimed the reason for pricing was bad weather and extra labor. It’s a sunny day and If by extra labor you mean putting a few boards down because my car is low you’re insane.
