The staff was actually very friendly and helpful. Having your vehicle towed is stressful but they didn't actively make it worse.

They will upcharge you and leave your parking brake on while they tow it, damaging your car. Terrible business.

These people are criminals. They want to get your money however they can instead of focusing on the service they are supposed to be providing. I was ready to pick my car up on friday but nobody was there. Fast forward to Monday. I called several times again. (about 15 to 20 times) and it went straight to voicemail on a Monday afternoon. The guy was just inside chilling. I banged on the gate before he eventually came out. Didn't apologize at all. They charged me close to a thousand dollars ($1k) for holding my car for a few days. (from Friday to Monday) they intentionally do not "release" cars on the weekends just so they can charge you more money for holding it through the weekend. Terrible experience, they recognize the phone and after one call they don't answer again. So this way seems to be a company desperate for money, so they make everything difficult to get your car and if they could get a bigger bill for you, for sure they will do everything to make it happen.
