Coastal Sunset Carwash

The highlight of my weekend was my wife taking my Buick, which had just hit the 40K mile mark, here to get it cleaned -- it was long overdue after months of moving my stuff in it down to the Low Country this year and the car had also accumulated plenty of sand and was dirty from numerous trips to the beach. What a spectacular job they did making it look brand new, particularly on the inside where they vacuumed, cleaned and detailed it the best I could have ever imagined. Coastal Sunset has inherited a raving fan and a customer for life! I'm thrilled to have found such a great car wash locally. I'm so glad I picked the right car wash in this area for my first wash. Many more will be following. Kudos!

I purchased the HURRICANE package at $24. It claimed in the sign that there would be TOWEL DRYING after the wash. After my wash no one came to dry it. I asked the Manager and he said 'No..no.no. no.' I stated that it was on the sign and I PAID for it..otherwise I could have gotten the $19 package. His reply was 'NO. No.no no no. No drying'. Umm..if THAT wasn't bad enough the Musty(mold?) SMELL the second you enter the car wash was awful. I was already through and couldn't stop. The last thing you want is have potential mold spores/water shooting into your car. So NO..no..no ..no..I would give this a negative system if I could.

Excellent and reasonable service at this Car wash. I went on a busy day and the attendant had extreme attention to detail in cleaning the interior/ exterior of my car. Thank you!

The actual car wash was very quick and didnt seem very thorough. Then I waited 45 minutes in line for the interior to be done. Do yourself a favor and go to Copper Frog on the Island

I am really surprised to see so many negative comments. I’ve been going here for years and feel it is an amazing deal, I always tip at least 40% because my car always feels like new when I leave and you can see how hard the employees work on your car! It takes a long time but it’s so worth it. Very appreciative of coastal sunset and will continue using them and buying their gift certificates as presents for others. Thanks for the hard work and kindness.
