I would give them 10 stars out of 5. The customer service is phenomenal. Very helpful, prompt service, and extremely good work. We had a tire emergency (nail in the tire) and they took us in right away and we were on our way within 15 min. Avoided a flat on the highway. Thank you Coastal Tires team! You saved the day!

They let me know my tire options and which quality brands were on sale . Not only did they order my tires , but called and texted when they arrived . Jose is very professional , and I appreciate him texting the tires arrival after i failed to pick up the phone while I was in class . I was in and out in 15 minutes . They balanced the tires and torqued everything to spec . Fast , efficient , and friendly . I’ll be back when I need front tires

I am so grateful to coastal , not just because I live on the street around the corner but because anytime I’ve been in a panic and come here, they’ve helped me yesterday. I had to bring my son‘s car here. It was barely on the rim because he’s a teenager and didn’t realize that he had to put air in his tire and my husband works out of town all week and so when I noticed that I was so stressed out and I got here and they helped me immediately and I’m so grateful Then today out of nowhereMy car was literally on two flat tires and I drove in to Coastal Tires and Jose and Victor saved me. Fastest and friendliest service. I accidentally showed them the wrong tire and an after jacking it up and removing a tire they realized it was the opposite side and over and over insisted I not feel bad and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. Incredible service can’t say enough nice things. Go here please for any tire related things.
