I am beyond grateful for the support and professionalism shown to me by the whole team at Coastline Collision Center. It was my first time here today—as soon as I arrived, I was greeted right away by Nestor who came out and looked at my car. Nestor gave me honest feedback and recommendations and took my car out back to fix the problem on the spot. He was very reassuring and kind—He essentially transformed my whole experience from something that could have been stressful to a happy and quick resolution. Coastline Collision Center is an absolute gem. I was referred here by Paul from Toyota Capistrano for a tricky sensor issue on my Tundra. Sam and JC, the owners, welcomed me in immediately — genuinely kind, down-to-earth guys who clearly care about people as much as the work. Their technician, Junior, took my truck, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in about 20 minutes. No hassle, no runaround, no inflated charges — just honest, excellent service. And they were joking that I was the “first A-user in five years,” but honestly they were the blessing. I’m well-networked and I’m sending everyone I know here for anything body- or collision-related. These are the type of people you want working on your vehicle — trustworthy, talented, and just good humans. Easy five stars.

I was recently in an car accident and my car was towed to Coastline Collision Center. My handicap placard and garage door opener were left in the car. I contacted them and they personally delivered the garage door opener to me and mailed me the placard because I did not realize that I had left both in the car. Excellent customer service and very kind people.
