John, Doreen, Randy & Jay took great care repairing my Chevy Volt after it was side swiped by a driver in South Kingstown avoiding a dead deer in her lane. From the time the work began, until completed I was continually informed of the progress addressing all concerns in a timely manner. I've gone to Coastline twice for body work on my Corolla, and had a great experience both times. Most recently, I brought it in for a new door after a fender bender (someone accidentally hit my parked car while backing out of their driveway). In addition to that work, they thoroughly cleaned the car inside and out AND patched a slow leak in one of my tires at no additional charge. Doreen was also extremely helpful in dealing with the insurance company and rental car agency. I highly recommend!

On July 31, my Regal GS was hit by another driver. My Buick dealer, Paul Masse, recommended Coastline Collision and I am very glad that they did. Doreen, the office manager, is wonderful and she arranged for a rental car and kept me well informed over the 6 weeks that they had my car. When I picked up my car, it had been completely cleaned inside and out and looked like brand new. The quality of the work is wonderful and I am thrilled to have it back in like new condition.
