Cobb County Collision Center

Get a second opinion! Over-quoted by $2,000. I brought my Nissan truck to Cobb County Collision for a small paint chip on the wheel well (see photos). Their estimate was $2,300, claiming they needed to remove my canopy and repaint the entire side of the vehicle from the wheel back. Thankfully, I looked elsewhere. I temporarily touched it up to prevent rust and later found a professional who repaired it for just $250 (plus a $50 tip for the great work). Two years and dozens of car washes later, the blended paint is still perfect. I strongly recommend obtaining several quotes before committing to any work here. The price discrepancy was simply unbelievable.

Wonderful experience working with Cobb County Collision Center! Our technician and point of contact was Lake - he is an all-star! He was efficient in communication through both email and text, he took the time to fully inspect the vehicle and explain to us what would be needed, and was willing to work with our insurance company to get the quote accurate and the work completed. The car looks brand new - all the dents from the hail damage it had are completely gone! The front desk staff was also lovely to work with, both over the phone and in person (Maya & Andrea). If we ever need repair done on our vehicles as far as bodywork I know we will come here!

Best experience ever! Highly highly recommend Cobb County Collision Center for any repairs to your vehicle. Customer service is great and the repairs are top-notch! Lake Shipley is the BEST as well as all the staff!

I regret to say that my experience with this establishment was extremely disappointing. While I acknowledge that the actual repair work on my truck was done correctly, I would definitely avoid this place if you expect accurate estimates, honesty, or any commitment to promised deadlines. Additionally, be prepared to pay significantly more than the average cost for similar repairs elsewhere. Matthew Mullen provided me with an initial estimate of about $5K to repair the front bumper and grill of my truck but the final cost billed to my insurance was nearly double that amount, with no substantial adjustments to labor or parts that would justify the increase. This raises concerns about either gross incompetence on his part or a deliberate attempt to maximize charges to the insurance company. W

Thank you Javier, Keisha, my shuttle drivers and Costas :) GREAT customer service from when I walked in to when I picked up my car! My 10 year old, 175K mile Toyota Avalon just got a FULL PAINT JOB because of a recall!! WOW! They made it so easy to drop off my car, gave me a rental for 15 days while they re-painted my car. THANK YOU!!! This is one of the many reasons our family only buys Toyota vehicles!
