Their parts are very expensive and they won't match prices with other Toyota dealers

My Toyota Camry 2010 was left unlocked and somebody took the coin drawer along with several quarters in it. Local dealer wanted $240+ to order the small plastic drawer. I looked online, found this place, found the part, placed the order, and quickly received the correct part for 1/5 of the price. It fits perfectly and looks like original. A life saver! Couldn't be happier with Cobb County Toyota Parts.

The Store is clean, the waiting area is nice, internet WIFI is strong, however the front counter staff for part, in particular manager or employee CHARLES, is very rude and condensing when he is questioned about an issue he is aggressive, most customer know that when there is a warranty matter there is every effort not to honor it, this dealership not only is more aggressive but very unprofessional way of treatment. Charles needs training.

I've ordered from Cobb County Toyota several times, pricing is good, they ship on time, and Billy is always on it!

Best parts department in the SE. Fast, courteous and always professionally packed. Have spent thousands here and will continue doing so. Customer for life!
