Cobb County Toyota Service Center

Terrible experience from all employees I interacted with. Bait and switch operation. From the manager Todd down to Cobb. I called the day before to verify that my battery warranty replacement was covered by their “lifetime guarantee”. I spoke with Todd, who verified the purchase and service date after giving him vin numbers and other details and said that won’t be any issues with swapping it out under warranty. I came in early that morning to have it swapped, and had the coverage verified again at intake by the the person there. After nearly 2 hours of waiting, Cobb calls me to say that they cannot honor the warranty. I verified dates of service and location but he continued to deny it but what can only be described as a clerical error on their part and then says that he can only get it

Don't expect much when it comes to communication or customer service.This will be my last visit to Cobb County Toyota. I've had a really disappointing experience here over the last 4-5 visits. Everything from no communication with one of the service reps over a 6 hr period, to having a recall issue not completed or addressed with zero communication they had to order the part. Even had a visit where when the care service was complete, the tire pressure in each of the 4 tires was different with the range between the lowest and the highest at cold pressure was 5 lbs. Service Manager claims he returns all calls and actually wants to speak with and serve customers with excellence... yet didn't return 3 separate calls. Will not return and will drive an additional 10 miles despite inconvenienc

Immaculate service from Kyle! First time seeing him as my service advisor and he exuded true southern hospitality, was informative and had me in and out in no time! Would highly recommend him as a service advisor.

Always use this one for service on my taco, but this time they didn’t tighten the filter enough and it was leaking, had to waste some of my day to get it taken care of by taking it back to them. Overall ok service and they took care of it would be 5, or not even a review if it hadn’t been leaking after they serviced it. And if they want to say it’s leftover oil from the change, be neater then, you’re a dealership not a friend that can do it cheaper.

I’ve been coming to this Toyota service center consistently for the past two years for my oil changes. At my most recent visit, I was told that my vehicle suddenly has an “aftermarket drain plug” that is stripped and spinning, and that I now need a full oil pan replacement costing over $900, leading me to not getting an oil change until this issue is resolved. What’s frustrating is that Toyota dealerships supposedly don’t use aftermarket plugs — and this issue was never mentioned to me at any previous visit, especially the “aftermarket” part. If the plug was aftermarket, it should have been documented the first time I came in. If it wasn’t aftermarket back then, that means it was damaged or replaced during one of my services here without my knowledge. When I brought this up to management,
