Cobblestone Car Wash

When this place was Epic it was just that epic service, cleanliness and friendly workers. Now I have to check the spot to vacuum my car to make sure they work. The air hard ever works and the cleanliness is gross. Not really sure what happened but your workers at this location seem to hate their lives. And have NO proud in their work environment.

My passenger side mirrors casing was torn off and ran over. The rushes were so aggressive that it pushed my mirror back. I filled out an incident report and waited weeks for the manager to contact me. I went to the location 3 times before he emailed me stating I had previous damage to the mirror so they are not responsible for the damage. I've been a member for years and have not had an issue until this new company took over. It looks like they recently replaced the brushes. I do not recommend this location. I think Mr. Carwash would be a better option.

Rather sad that Epic Shine and Bluebird were purchased and merged into Cobblestone. Doesn't seem fair that Cobblestone gets to keep all the reviews from before their ownership. It all feels like a big step down from the service we were getting before. Wash costs more with no equipment improvements and they no longer have the couple day guarantee for a re-wash. And this is a small nitpick, but the Epic Shine and Bluebird branding were far superior to what Cobblestone has. It all feels like a step in the wrong direction, which is a bummer when we had a good thing going. I've given a few locations in the valley a second try after the merger and I'm done for good now.

I've had a membership since this place opened several years ago. It was recently bought out by Cobblestone. During the ownership transition and company name change, I purchased some booklets of car washes for my wife. Before I purchased them, I asked the attendant if these booklets would expire or if I would have any issues using them in the future, as they had the old company name on them. He assured me there would be no issue and they would not expire. He was wrong on both accounts. Based on his word, I bought 4 booklets totaling 16 washes. I attempted to bring my wife's car in for a wash a couple of weeks ago, only to find out that the booklets did in fact expire on 12/31/25. I should have looked at the fine print on them when I purchased them, as it does state as much. When I explain

Went through the wash. Fairly regular rates for chain washes figured it would be fine. As the car was reaching the end the soap was barely even washed off. Don’t know if it’s a water pressure issue or what but I don’t enjoy paying 20$ to not have the soap washed out.
