Cobra Tire & Auto Service

I had an amazing experience at Cobra. I came in to get all 4 tires replaced. I had no issues scheduling, the guy on the phone was very professional and friendly! They knocked my car out quick and gave me a sweet deal. I definitely recommend cobra for all of your cars needs! Now she runs like a dream!!!!!

I made an appointment to have my brake fluid changed and drove half an hour to get there. When I pulled up, I was expecting to wait while they completed the service, something that usually takes no more than 30 to 60 minutes. Instead, I was told I had to leave my car and come back later to pick it up later that day! This was never mentioned when I scheduled the appointment by phone. When I brought it up, the staff insisted I had been told, making it seem like I was lying. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. For a simple service like a brake fluid change especially when I had an appointment this should’ve been handled much better. Poor communication and attitude like that are enough to make me take my business elsewhere.
