Traveling into town to work a turnaround at the refinery. Had issues with my starter on Chevy duramax. They towed my vehicle in the next business day as soon as they opened. Worked me into their schedule, ordered original gm part. Fair and competitive pricing and great service. Good down to earth employees. And being from out of town, they did NOT price gouge me. Would definitely recommend them.

Had an appointment for a quote to fix some engine leaks. Seemed they was always to busy to even look and so I left vehicle with them 3 days and they didn’t even have the respect to roll my windows up before the rain storm. So my whole truck smells of wet dog. Wouldn’t recommend and what’s the point in appointments if youre still to busy to even look or call customer and keep them updated.

Got the work done that was needed. First quote I got for an alignment was 150. We go in, realize my car is missing the bars to adjust the Cambridge angles. So we leave and come back when we could afford it, or so we thought. Put back the amount I was needing and took her in. Then they added more work without calling me and it jacked the price up. I looked at them and told them what I was quoted, so they adjusted it. Still came to 50$ more than we had expected and had to borrow money to even be able to get our vehicle back. Then when I went to take off, my cars radio was all reset. My car had a funny smell. I was on my way to work so I wasn't paying all that much attention , however I get home and there was a bag full of McDonald's in my passenger floorboards that wasn't there when I droppe
