My husband and I usually dread car shopping. Our salesman Branden made the process actually pleasant. He sat down and got to know what we wanted in a car and the price we were comfortable with. He showed us some great options and answered all of our questions patiently. Bren, in finance was very friendly, professional and got us out the door and on the road quickly. Best car shopping experience ever!

I love my car and would tell anyone to get a Acura. Today was the biggest eye opener and a realization that Acura employees are not looking out for their customers. I had something come loose on my car atleast 5 times and ive had them put it back up. A few times I went to my other mechanic because its closer. I was told it had to be my fault and he came up with 6 different scenarios to blame me. Then told what kindness roads are you driving on. IM DRIVING THE SAME ROAD AS EVERYONE ELSE. SO IF ITS MY FAULT THEN EVERY SINGLE OTHER DRIVER WOULD HAVE THE SAME PART FALL OFF OR COMEOOSE ON THEIR CAR. THEN I ASKED IF THEY COULD USE METAL SCREWS INSTEAD OF THE PLASTIC SNAPS TO HELP THE PART STAY ON. I WAS TOLD NO AS I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE THE YOUNG GUY WORKING ON MY CAR SAID IT HAPPENS TO HIS CAR AN

Excellent staff and service. Stephanie was extremely helpful and took the time to thoroughly review our car, explain the repairs, and walk us through the vehicle’s functions. The one-on-one attention and overall service far exceeded our experiences with other Luxury car companies we’ve owned.
