Coggin BMW Of Treasure Coast Parts Department

I visited Coggin Bmw on Monday for a scheduled oil change and was informed of other necessary maintenance issues. What i like is that Im given the option to address said issues,no pressure or sales pitch. Service Manager George applied applicable coupons to service and provider Anthony was very polite and helpful. Best of all I was in and out way faster than projected. I would like to commend George for making me ,as a customer, feel like I matter at all time whether it's a big or small job.

Best customer service experience ever. Professional and courteous. Very accommodating. Especially Scott. Thank you for making a usually annoying service appointment pleasant 😊

The salesman was too much in a hurry, changed vehicle on us . Our car was certified and sold us a car without one and had to buy a $5200 extended warranty and was a dishonest transaction. He also told us he was one of the managers, when he was not. I reported him to management, he still works there so STAY a WAY !!! Buy elsewhere...

Took me nearly 40 minutes of waiting with a desk full of people purposely ignoring me for me to purchase a part that was literally sitting on the desk in front of me, already written up, all I had to do was slide my card. I will not be coming here again for any reason and if you’d value customer service I don’t recommend your either.
