I brought my father’s 2015 Mini Cooper (15,000 miles) to Coggin BMW for an oil change and general service. The bill was $1,100 for filters, an oil change, and brake fluid service. My service advisor, Anthony, was condescending and rude throughout the process, but the real issue happened after I left. Within minutes of getting on the highway, the “Minimum Oil Level” warning came on. This car does not have a dipstick, so there was no way to verify the oil level. I safely made it home and called the next day. Anthony told me I could either drive the car back or pay for a tow truck myself. I refused, as the warning light came on immediately after their service. I asked to speak with the service manager and was told he was “too busy” to call me. Fast and friendly service at its best! I've been taking my vehicles here for going on 10 years now and there's always the same level of quality service. Smiles from the door, excellent snacks in the waiting area and attentive service advisors that keep me in the loop while waiting. Anthony is my service provider at BMW and he’s excellent. Super personable, not pushy at all, and always gives honest advice on what’s best and what to expect next. His customer service skills is top tier, and the entire team is friendly and welcoming. Always a great experience when I bring my car to get serviced.

Excellent service and excellent facility. I was pleased to be able to make an appointment the day before and change the time to an hour later at the last minute. I have been well taken care of at this dealership. I do think, however, that there should be a way for a maintenance oil change and safety check to be completed in less than two hours and 15 minutes. Could have been the time of day or the fact that I change. Nevertheless, always an excellent experience. And my service writer and provider kept me well informed and took good care of me.
