I am pleased and would advise anyone to bring your car to a certified shop that knows your car. That is what i did , contrary to what State Farm wanted me to do .Lisa Corporali was very easy to work with. My car needed 11k worth of work. State Farm offered 5k at first. I left the negotiating up to Lisa and Steven. They did an amazing job and I am grateful and satisfied. WAY TO GO

Originally went in to fix my door that was left with a dent after another car hit me. They get a point for fixing that. Besides that, communication was awful on their part- Lisa called me to tell me my car was finished and ready for pickup. She called two days before July 4 and since I could not come in on the 3rd, I had to wait till after the holiday and weekend to pick up my vehicle. In that same phone call from Lisa, she let me know the price for the belt moldings would be a $716 job that my insurance would not be covering, even for the replaced door. (During initial drop off we requested a quote for belt moldings for the windows that were breaking apart) She also let me know the individual price for the 1 molding on the replaced door would be $150 + tax.
