Cold Cactus Auto Care

Google is giving me a second chance to submit a review so I feel compelled to do so. This is a wonderful family business with the highest quality work and very competitive pricing. For two of my vehicles they have done air conditioning work, brake work and power steering work. It means a lot to go in once and have the work completed correctly eliminating a need to return unless for another issue. I schedule all the way from Nogales to do business with them. I have instructed my wife to have her car towed 200 miles if needed to get service at Cold Cactus.

When the A/C failed on my car just out of warranty, I decided to book an appointment online with Cold Cactus after reading many positive reviews. Claudia was fantastic at answering all of my questions, passing along details from the techs working on the car, and explaining the repair options. I'm particular about my car, and am very happy with the work the techs did. They determined my A/C compressor needed replacement, which is a labor-intensive job on my car. It was fixed right the first time with no issues. Labor rates are fair and the turnaround time was much quicker than I expected. I'll definitely be returning in the future!

Came in for AC line leakage repair and recharging. They did the job in about 35 minutes. Very reasonable price for the job. Highly recommend!

10 stars if I could. As a female customer Cold Cactus earned my car repairing trust. I was quoted unnecessary repairs from Midas estimated at $1200. I got a recommendation from Fix Auto to go here based on their rapport and I was not disappointed. They thoroughly looked into my system and I spoke to them about the Midas Diagnostics which they determined those services weren't warranted based on their testing. Not only did this save me hundreds from unnecessary repairs, but the actual service performed was more than half the cost for the exact same service at Midas. And got it completed within 1 hour from arrival! Thank you Cold Cactus for your integrity & thorough care. I will recommend you to anyone I know in the future.

I just want to start by saying this company is very upfront and honest! It's very hard to find a repair shop like this anymore. I am extremely pleased with the customer service from start to finish. They didnt try to up sell me unnecessary repairs and even showed me the damaged parts after the repair. Honest labor rate and very thorough inspection! I am very impressed and will certainly bring any of my vehicles here. Thank you for the outstanding service!
