This company deserves 10 stars! Toyota of Jackson told me I needed a $6,000 transmission. I decided to get a second opinion and came here — best decision ever. They diagnosed the real problem for less than $200, and my 2013 Toyota 4Runner has been running like new ever since. Honest work and people you can actually trust.

I was initially given a price of $4,000 - $6000 by one of your competitors, to rebuild the transmission on my ‘05 Nissan titan. I was also informed that it would be anywhere between two to six weeks before they would be able to get to it. When I first called, the service was polite, and they told me to bring my car in. I dropped it off and was told it would take about a day or two for inspection and that I’d receive a call with an update. After the time they mentioned had passed and I hadn’t heard anything, I ended up calling them back myself. That follow-up call seemed rude but they may have just been stressed from the work load. They told me the transmission fluid had been overfilled, so they drained some out. I was then told my transmission was worn out. I specifically asked if it could be rebuilt, but they said no and that there was nothing else they could do and that I could come pick my vehicle up.
