Stay away from these people! I'm going to call them out by name: they're scammers. They tow cars from the apartment complex in an abusive way. I arrived at night for an emergency, and when I went to leave half an hour later, my car was already gone. Then, these shameless people charged me $225 to get it back. No other company in South Jersey does that! No matter what contracts they have with the apartments, that doesn't justify charging an extra $50 fee for towing your car to a parking lot that's a muddy dump! I don't have time to sue them, but I'm going to make sure all my friends in the area know about this abusive company.

This towing company has illegally towed my car twice , I caught them coming in timber creek town homes where I reside with there lights off around 11:50 pm. They both look like junkies I yelled to them to stop illegally towing cars they stopped at my car while walking back from dumpster and took a photo of my car the guy looked at me smiled after his wife took photo and he threw his cigarette out the window cursed me out and pulled off. So glad I had my video on and got the proof I needed. I have already contacted the better business bureau and contacted an attorney. I can’t wait until they shut this company down. It’s so unfortunate what they are doing to people not knowing the financial hardships most suffer from.

I was ruled completely disabled by the government in 2013 and the condo board approved a handicap parking spot in front of my unit. My car has been parked in the same spot for around 10 years. One night I forgot to put up my handicap placard and condo parking sticker, when I woke up the next morning my car was towed. Money hungry freaks. My dad’s car got towed parked in the back row of the complex. They said they open at 6am online and we call to come get the car and they say not till 9. My dad has to be at work and this is really uncool. To charge $225 for your own car back is sick.

the receptionist is very grumpy and rude. tried calling 30+ times. was talking to her I have a parking permit on the car she pulled the phone away and laughed with her driver then said $225 we open at 9am to release cars and hung up while I was talking. they tow everyone’s car from my complex ILLEGALLY say they can’t check plates due to privacy law when our plates are connected to permits for parking. so anyone can make fake parking permits and say they live here and park wherever as a heads up. what tops the cake is you tow private property but can’t check plates? you couldn’t take a couple minutes to see if my permit fell in plain sight. will be reporting to their license company
