Colfax Auto Repair

Didn't even need work done. But that is exactly why I'm leaving this review. I have a vehicle with an electrical component on the back brakes that you need a device to take off otherwise you can't change the pads. Toyota (where I bought the vehicle) insisted that they will ONLY change ALL my pads and rotors at the same time and it would cost me roughly $700. That's a fair price but being forced to have to replace everything is not financially ideal.(edit, might have been the price for just the back. I'm not the one who called so I'm not sure.) Matt said he'd do just the back for me and so I brought the vehicle to him. The next day (today), I get a call from him telling me the pads are still in good shape and don't need to be changed yet. (Toyota told me there was waaay less pad left.) S

I've used Colfax Auto Repair three times, and every experience has been excellent. Matt is incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. The last time I visited, he diagnosed a difficult problem that was hard to track down, and he found the issue quickly. Thanks to him, my truck is now running like new. Very professional and extremely reasonably priced! Took it to him Saturday. He helped get my car back by Sunday. Amazing customer service. Explained in good detail and even trialed my vehicle prior returning it to ensure it was fixed. Arguably, the best I’ve ever been too! Strongly recommend! I will come back without question
