Colfax Reunion Rehabilitation Center

Can't even think of where to start honestly so we will start with a positive. The Social Services lady Helene was AMAZING. She helped us so much in advocating for my Dad. She went over and beyond for my Dad. She made my Dad's stay there bearable Nursing staff was ok. Other office people, well at least we didn't have to deal with them too much. If I were corporate I would REALLY be looking into "The Face" of the facility. Would NOT recommend. There is a lot more that I could add to this but won't at this time

we would like to say a special thank you to many people at the Colfax Reunion Nursing & Rehab Shearon Decker for her listening to me and my Aunt Willie about different things going on with our loved one and another great person is Melissa Brett taking our loved one to and from his appointments and many more people, but this place is like a jail house I do believe that in my heart and soul , the old folks can't go outside when they want to they can't have chair in room but I bought my loved one so he could look out at the birds and squirrels when he wanted to, but I was so mad they kept putting his dirty stuff in the barrel to be taken to laundry to wash even know we had signs up family will wash laundry, they also have sent our loved one out dirty, and smelling like they didn't give bath ,

The staff is very friendly the place is well kept it smells alot better from my past vist and the C.N.A. MRS. JANET JENKINS WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE C. R. NEED MORE LIKE HER AND I ALMOST FORGOT ABOUT HER HUSBAND MR. STAKKZ SHE SAID HE'S THE REASON ITS SMELLING GOOD AND LOOKING GOOD UP THERE THANK YOU COLFAX REUNION

Has an extreme amount of room for improvements in all services they are providing.
