Collett Tire Shop

The guys working there were super nice and got me in and out very quickly, however the two used tires I bought are totally dry rotted. Not sure if they knew this and just didn't tell me because I don't know enough about tires. They did give me a partial refund for the tires though and were very respectful about it.

Got my tires shipped to Collet from Tire Rack, Service was good. and they got it in and out, they managed to mess up a lug nut and didn't mention it. I expected them to over torque the nuts as all tire shops tend to do. but the lack of disclosure of damaging an OEM part was a a little... idk, not ideal. When i got home i went to re-torque the tires to spec, but was sadly disappointed at this ommision. not a deal breaker but also makes me question returning to this shop im installing new ARP studs and purchasing new lugs anyways soon (at home)

I had an alignment done at Collett. It was quick and easy. Took about 30 minutes and no wait. They also pointed out a couple of things on my car to watch. I would go back for sure.

I love love love love this auto repair tire shop. I’ve been going here for about four years and always had a great outcome. Every time from the oil changes to service work to engine and transmission repair. This is the place to go. Chris is so professional and helpful when it comes to my vehicle 10 out of 10, I truly recommend this place.

Collett Tire Shop was great! After getting my second flat tire in two months, I stopped here, and they had me in and out in 15 minutes. Unlike some of the chain shops that try to sell you on a new tire, they were honest and fixed the flat quickly for a very fair price. I’m definitely coming back here if I ever have another flat!
