I've been a customer of this business for quite a few years, and always felt the diagnostics of the problem was always spot on and the work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this business. You will be in good hands for your auto repairs.

Has done a lot of work for me. I always heard the name and when another shop spent the better part of a year trying to get my Acadia to pass emissions I got mad picked my car up and took it to Tim. He called me 30 mins later and asked if they ever tried a GM part. I thought so but wasn't sure. He tried it call me back 15 mins later said it was done. Never had a problem with it again. Since then all my cars go there!

They tell it like it is, and if he doesn't think something needs to be fixed, he will tell you. Appreciate that.

If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable mechanic, look no further. I hate seeing the reviews about slowness. I’m pretty sure he’s a one man show, so there aren’t tons of people helping him repair cars. I would rather drop my car off for a few days, knowing it’s going to be done right, than drive into a place that’s fast, where they do unnecessary work. I was told by NTB that something was wrong with my vehicle and I took it to Collins and he said they were wrong. He fixed the issue and saved me from unnecessary work and spending additional money. This guy knows what he’s doing.
