Took my vehicle for an estimate I never received a follow up phone call. I called them a week later and was promised a price by 1:00 pm. I still have not heard from them. Their customer service is nonexistent to say the least.

Does not pay attention to details. Nice people. But their work is messy. Does not handle the insurance company on the side of the costumer. I kept being told i needed to call the insurance company myself before they handled things. Did not take responsibility for the issue i was left with.

Not professional at, had my car two weeks past the time I was told I would get it back. Had to return it because material started to come out the bottom of the car. Dude name Curtis played games sent me on the run around, on phone said it would be ready today, when I dropped it off he said tomorrow, as I am getting out my uber home says the car is ready now. Him and workers having a chuckle as I return to get my car.

Did a horrible job still trying to clean the residue off my windshield that they replaced screws was missing in the front of the windshield wires was hanging from my rear view mirror they put 200 miles on my car and said it was towed charge the insurance company $500 for Towing and they didn't tow the car put 200 miles on my car broke my car key put a ticket on my car because they went through a toll had my car for a month just for the windshield side mirror don't recommend they did a horrible job didn't apologize for anything and make sure you take a picture of your mileage

They made my car all better great customer service, reasonable prices compared to others in area! Ask for Akwasi!
