Collision 1 Auto Repair

I have a 2013 Chevy Cruz that had a smashed front end as a result of me rear ending someone. I took it to a bunch of different places around the city to get a quote for it and i was starting to become very discouraged because of the quotes I was receiving for the repairs. One morning while i was driving into work, i was approached by an employee of collision 1. He asked me if i intended on getting my car fixed. He made a call to the owner of collision 1 to have him come out to my job to take a look at the car and give me a quote. “Don’t get caught with no deductible deal.” I got my car done there because it wasn’t far away from the accident location so I took the car. The first thing he is going to ask is you to sign a paperwork so the money goes straight to him from the insurance. I advise you guys this “ don’t sign this paperwork” or you would regret for life. Concerning the work done on the car, they did a worst job. The deal was to repaint the whole car, and they painted it without prepping anything. They layered the new color on the old that even from far away one can notice the poor quality of the repaint. Here is some noticeable issues: 1. The bumper paint starts chipping on 2. First time possible customer I called for a vehicle inspection report before I purchased any SUV nearby at a dealer.
