Mr. Carlos is a man of his word and the 40+ years of experience showed from beginning to end. Since I am an older widowed female, I personally have an issue with trusting mechanics for unfortunate reasons. Mr. Carlos and his staff proved that they are people of high integrity and are there to help and serve others. To the people that said I needed to take my BMW to a special place for the repair because the final repair would not look the same, please know that your words are false. I was referred by another automotive company about this company called cars.. they did an exceptional job on my door my vehicle is new and my left passenger door looks exactly like it never been damaged the customer service is five star the owner Carlos was a great guy and and helped me and even did it sooner than I expected. Honest business. I had the pleasure to meet the owner Carlos and his family after my son unfortunately wrecked his car. I ended up deciding to not repair the car (Got a new one) and Carlos had other plans to repair it and donate it to someone in need! That’s the type of business owners I fully support. He was very transparent about the entire process. Highly recommend this business 10/10.

If you want entertainment....come here!!! Carlos will have you rolling on the floor to ease your mind but give you no B.S. at the same time. My car was in an accident on 12/5/24 and we had my vehicle towed to C.A.R.S. 12/6/24. When I Carlos and his team were thorough, trust me they were. Long story short, his company also gave my children xmas presents because I wasn't able to afford any due to my car being in the shop. I had to use my hubby car which was a bummer with all the getting up early dropping him off at work and taking kids to school. So it stressed me way out but Carlos was able to ease my pain knowing I'll get my vehicle back. I RECOMMEND this company to anyone.
