I was hesitant at first since it was my first time dealing with a car accident, but I’m so glad I went with this auto body shop. They walked me through everything and took the time to explain what was happening. After a rear-end accident, they made my car look like nothing ever happened. The team was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the results. I truly appreciate their work and highly recommend them!

I had damage on my rear passenger side door that was the size of a tennis ball that was caused by someone hitting debris on the freeway. The scarring went down to the paint and I wasn't sure if it would look 100% again. I took it into Collision Bay and I was offered an estimate and timeline. The car was ready when they said it would be. You can't even tell that the car was in the shop. There aren't any bubbles in the paint. Not even blemishes if you looked closely. The color matching is spot on. Another thing I was worried about was if they could color match the paint 100%, since the paint is called, Black Silica Pearl. I am impressed! I'm hoping if they'll be willing to do a little project for me down the road.

I took my car here in September of 2025 in January of 2026 he said finally after 1000 Lies that they were unable to fix my car , this is the worst shop in Vegas,No body shop should take over 90 days to fix a car , The owner has no integrity period, Will Look you dead in the face and Lie .. DON'T LET ANYONE IN YOUR FAMILY GO TO THIS SHOP , THIS A HORRIBLE OWNER AND INDIVIDUAL WITH ABSOLUTELY NO INTEGRITY...IF YOU SEE THE NAME COLLISION BAY RUN THE OTHER WAY ...OMAR IS A DECEITFUL INDIVIDUAL.....

Collison Bay repairs vehicles for the corrupt company ACE Rent A Car Las Vegas. It appears that a significant part of Ace's business model is to make profits by charging their customers high repair prices for any kind of damage they hope to find on their returned vehicles. Collison Bay should be ashamed of themselves to partner with ACE. I believe Collison Bay is the perfect partner for ACE because they appear to inflate the cost of the repairs they do for ACE. ACE claimed there was a dent and scratch on the car I returned. The dent was really a very slight ding. I don't think there was a scratch, but dirt from using the vehicle in the desert. I have attached pictures that have been provided to me by ACE of the so called dent and scratch. ACE sent me a jaw dropping estimate of $1775.88 fr
