Collision Center at Hoffman Ford

My experience with dealing with the collision center was outstanding they were great. They were polite. They were understanding they were always smiling and taking care of me. Every time I spoke to them they answered my question. They assisted me with finding stuff they were great. I think they all deserve

Everyone at Hoffman Ford Collision was very kind and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend using them for all repairs.

I hit a deer and decided to use Hoffman collision center for the repairs recommended by my insurance. What a horrible mistake I made. They returned my car with parts not even attached to the vehicle. The hood wasn't even centered on the car. The radiator wasn’t even screwed into the vehicle. The paint on the front bumper was chipped on the edge of a brand new bumper. The overspray on my vehicle was horrible. I returned my vehicle to have everything fixed. Once again the car was given back to me with paint overspray, the bumper was “fixed” by someone blobbing paint over the chipped area, parts still not attached to the vehicle. Not to mention this was a safety issue as my car was shaking from parts not being attached correctly! I spoke to the manager who said it would be fixed but he didn’t
