I recently had my truck fixed at Burd Kuktgen Ford. The communication was terrible. It took 6 weeks to fix my truck and they never called with updates. I had to call them for any information. The last 3 weeks I called every monday for an update. Every Monday, I was told they had the parts, truck was on the rack and it would be ready for pick up onThursday or Friday. When I would call the folling monday, I was told they recieved the worng parts but it would be done on Thursday or Friday. When I expressed my frustration with the lack of communication and repeated promised completion date, The office staff responded with an rude attitude and hoped my truck would be done soon so so he could get rid of me. OMG! Drove up with some fairly simple rear fender panel repair after a tire sidewall blowout promptly removed and unclipped the fender panels around the tire. Adrianna at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, promptly radioing the the shop for a look at the damage. Jordan arrived in maybe a minute. We walked outside and checked out the situation. He said let me run it back to the shop to see what they could do. Maybe 15-20 min later out comes Dylane from the service shop, tools in hand, saying they were able to reattach the panels with factory clips, etc. Jordan soon followed. They did not charge me for this repair, which was of course completely unexpected.
