Collision Craft Auto Body And Paint

I recommend CollisionCraft in Ravenna to anyone that needs work done on their vehicle. My son’s car needed a few repairs and they worked around his schedule and the work is perfect and they were quick. Also, as a woman going into an auto body shop with her teenage son, I felt comfortable and the estimate I received was much less than I expected and more than fair for the work that needed done. The price at the end was even less than the estimate! Wonderful people and a wonderful place, I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Collision craft fixed my car and made it like new again! While I was at work, someone opened their car door into mine and chipped the paint, which was quite an eyesore on an otherwise all black car. Mat and his crew fixed it so perfectly that I can’t even tell where the damage used to be! Kate dealt with the insurance company, set up the rental car and took care of all the administrative work. During what would otherwise be a stressful situation, Kate assured me by saying, “all you need to know is that Mat and his team are going to make your car perfect again and I’ll take care of the rest.” Hearing her say that set my mind at ease and she meant it. My car is perfect and I would go back to Collision Craft again and again for any of their services. 10/10!

They don't come any better than this! Kate and Matt go out of their way to make you feel valued and at ease. From the first phone call until the keys were back in my hand, the process couldn't have gone better. Where other shops (5) turned me away for various reasons, Collision Craft stepped up. I appreciate them being able to help me so quickly.
