Long story short, had Jerry taken care of some hail damage on my vehicle, Hood roof, little bit on the front quarter panels etc. Typical stuff, the technicians not only did a fantastic job but also cleaned my truck inside and out. I'm completely impressed and will give them every bit of work and recommendation. Good job and thank you guys very much I feel like you went above and beyond

Collision express is awesome! We were going in with not knowing what to expect. Talking with Jerry he made everything happen and really was confident and stood by his word. Everything was going to be taken care of. And he was right. He kept us updated with all the updated with our insurance and repairs. Even pictures. His team did amazing work. I highly recommend thank you Jerry and team for making our truck perfect again :)

Very pleased with the recent work that I had completed on my Ford Expedition. Jerry and his team removed the chrome trim moldings, removed the chrome emblems, and then painted everything black, just like I wanted! The work was flawless and even better than I had imagined to begin with! 10/10 recommend!

We have a 2022 Genesis that was involved in a front end collision. I took it to Collision Express in Marble Falls and could not have been more pleased with The entire experience and outcome of the repairs. Jerry (owner) took care of all the insurance matters. The insurance company tried to cheap out but he stayed on them until they finally sent an assessor on site and he pointed out everything in detail and was able to get all the proper parts and paint to completely restore the car like new. Jesse, Zach and Juan did amazing work restoring the body back to 100% factory and the paint job that Jesse did was amazing. Completely unprofessional, borderline harassment. He called me and convinced me to get in his personal vehicle as a rental because my back window was missing, I told him I was okay and insisted that it wouldn’t cost me a dime and it would be safe. Our dealership offered us to get into a new vehicle instead of going through with the repair mind you no one ever gave him the go ahead to do anything to our car. When we told him he flipped into a complete psychopath, kept us from our car said he was going to put a lien on it and charge us for the rental. We agreed to pay but he still kept us from our car for two days. Upon returning his and picking outs he cussed me out and got in my face in front of my child. He is nuts and I would never suggest anyone go to him especially if you have children
