Horrible customer service. Stopped by to get an estimate on some minor damage to my front end. Two guys looked at it and said they would call or email an estimate. Two days later a lady called and apologized and said she would get back that afternoon or the next morning. Well still waiting. Called and left a message not to worry I would find someone else. Horrible customer service and I wonder what this says about their work!

We were referred to them after an accident and I asked for “a good local company”. We are somewhat new to the area and had never been in need. We are so lucky to have found this company. From the very beginning they were honest with their expectations, time, and process. Wendy was courteous and understanding. They were incredibly quick with our needs and handled everything with our insurance. Wendy made it easy. Going forward they will be my number one call and recommendation for these needs. Thanks a million!!

Collision Inc. did an amazing job fixing my Honda Fit's rear bumper and passenger side quarter panel. The craftsmanship was top-notch, and my car looked as good as new! I stopped by w questions about some minor body repair. The rep was knowledgeable, very frank (which I really appreciate), and took the time to answer my questions. While I didn't have the work done and can't speak from that standpoint, I wouldn't hesitate to use this place if I need auto body work in the future.
