COLLISION KING

This shop is full of incompetent idiots. It took them 2 months to do body work that involved fenders hood and bumper and kept lying to me about the state of the vehicle and on top of that they didn't even do great body work for the time it took. My a.c. compressor also locked up be they put the wrong refrigerant in it and will not take ownership of there mistakes. They also charged me to install a license plate braket, intake, and front fender liner and didn't not do the work or even replace the liners. I would very much advise you steer clear of this shop!!!!

I got a camshaft sensor replacement. The service was speedy and the collision king staff was so friendly. They truly made me feel like I was surrounded by family. My 2015 Volkswagen runs perfectly and the prices were very reasonable!

Because I was giving false information and they tried to overcharge me on impound and storage fees I lost my car! My car was not insured and driven without my permission it was involved in an accident and was totaled it was a special edition When I tried to pick it up they told me it would be $2,900 which was extremely illegal, but I did not find that out until later, unfortunately! You better believe I am reporting them to Texas department of licensing and registration and they will also be sued in court! This place is absolutely horrible and dishonest! DO NOT trust these people🛑🙅‍♀️🏃‍♀💸

I had my car towed by a Jacob Baker on Saturday, 2/21 at 7:50 pm from a southbound lane of I45 at Airline. I paid $230, via zelle, to be towed 15 miles from Airline to Spring Cypress Rd. I did not see the Car King driver with my vehicle until almost 9:45. I drove the same distance and was to the location to drop mt vehicle in 20 - 25 min. When I called and txt him he gave multiple excuse about why it was taking so long. First he stopped for gas , then traffic, then said he stopped to use the restroom all while my truck was on his truck. When he did finally show up he said he would tow me at no charge for the inconvenience to the repair shop I picked. I started calling him on monday and he gave me a plethora of excuses. And now on Tuesday has refused my calls and ignored my txt. I didn't

My vehicle was towed to this facility following an accident. The driver did not have my permission to operate the vehicle, as the insurance had lapsed days earlier. The car was totaled. What followed was a complete lack of transparency and a pattern of misinformation. I was charged excessive impound and storage fees and given conflicting and inaccurate information about the auction process. An employee named Charles explicitly told me that any remaining auction proceeds would go to HPD, which is false. As the registered owner, the proceeds would come to me. I received one invoice dated November 13. When I repeatedly requested an updated, itemized invoice showing a clear breakdown of charges, those requests were refused. Instead, I was pressured with an artificial deadline of November 15
