I was rear-ended early morning January 28; Joel showed up with a tow truck, told me his company would take care of all the insurance paperwork, and they had rental cars as well. So, rather than tow my car to my regular mechanic, I went with him... and it all went perfectly. I got a very reliable rental and made it to work before 11 AM. The paperwork was all submitted, and I didn't have to stress about any of it (except having to buy a new car). I needed to extend the rental and it was quick and easy. Very happy with Collision On the Go and BOTH of the Joels that I dealt with, very kind and friendly.
Incredible service. I was stranded in Upstate NY and these guys were to the rescue in 15 min after waiting for AAA for over 2hrs. Going forward they will always be my first call. Driver was professional and got my car on and off the lift carefully and efficiently. Highly recommend!
