This review is long overdue, but that's probably to Collision Pro's benefit. At only a few weeks old, mistakes were made and our 2024 Rivian R1S suffered a significant driver's side impact. Collision Pro was tasked with making it new again. Major mechanicals, frame, ect. were largely spared, but there was substantial interior/exterior work to be addressed. The repair took longer than anyone wanted. It was a pain point and individual circumstances are relative, but the Collision Pro team was always accessible and transparent. Most importantly, Collision Pro did a phenomenal job with a breathtakingly expensive and complicated repair (a topic for a separate debate about a bed we made when purchasing this vehicle). Michael did a beautiful job on my fender flares on my 2020 Denali. For such a small job, he was very accommodating and very prompt on getting them done quickly knowing he had much higher priory jobs to be getting done. Highly recommend them for all of your automotive paint needs!

Recently took my Jeep there after some assclown crashed through my backyard fence and hit it while parked. Michael was great to work with, knew that my custom Jeep required a little extra attention and sent it back to me clean and in pristine condition. I highly recommend this shop for their thoroughness and attention to detail.
