Collision Pros - Davis

I went to A1, which is now Collision Pros because I had a good experience with a car repair about the year 2000. What impressed me this 2nd time around was the manager treated his employees well -- then the manager was no longer there and my repair seemed to go off track. The new manager connected with me after 3 weeks and things went back on track. The repair even took one day less than the final estimated time. What impressed me is the manager walked me out to my car after I had paid the bill. It is little things like that. that I notice. The car looks better than brand new, if that is possible. They had to remove the bumper to do painting of the side of the car, so it had to be re-calibrated for the driver assist features. They updated the software, which I have done when I get

Collision Pros was a pro. They kept me informed as my car was being fixed and were finished before the expected ETA. The people were friendly and professional and my car came back cleaner that it was when dropped off. I hope not to have to but if I need body repairs again, Collision Pros will be my go-to.

Guys in the back were very nice and helpful. I had to call the office for updates. The owner did call me to ask if I was ok and to inform me my car was going to be totaled. That was very nice of him.

We were extremely satisfied with the customer service (Chris and Aaron), professionalism of the work done and how quick they got our car in and out.

Excellent service. Amazing communication and customer service. I will definitely bring my Jeep and Tesla back to this shop
