We took our daughters car in for minor damage caused by deer hitting it. This is a 2 year old car. Manny was difficult to work with thru entire process. He was rude and talked down to my wife. I had to complete the process because she didnt want to be treated like that. When we went to pick up the completed car, we noticed paint overstay covering most of front bumper, hood, windshield and driver mirror and lower side panel. We pointed it out and Manny argued that it came in that way. The car was in perfect condition before, except driver door. In fact Manny inspected the car when it came in and there was no mention of overspray. It was in his shop 7 weeks. He refused to clean it and told us to go away. We ended up paying $275 to have someone else clean it. We had a bad experience at this
