WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY! Collision Unlimited was recommended by a trusted neighbor, but the experience was a disaster from start to finish. When Curt, the usual contact, was on vacation, we had to deal with Bill. He delayed submitting insurance photos for over a week, and we had to chase down our paperwork through multiple staff just to get things moving. That should have been the first red flag. After finally scheduling the drop-off, they had our truck for four weeks. They struggled with parts, requested unnecessary insurance supplementals, and called in a “specialist” who still couldn’t figure out the issue. At the end of week four, they admitted they couldn’t fix it and sent it to a Toyota dealership—only after stalling for weeks. They lied repeatedly about p

Curt is a stand up guy. Took my van by today and he took care of an issue for me. Was professional. He also works with some other people I know and has done excellent work for them as well. I love a small town local guy like this who works hard for the community and does a stand up job. Hard to find an honest repair shop these days and Curt and the gang are that!

Not only did they do a great job fixing my car, but they also left it cleaner than I brought it. Reasonable pricing and very friendly, helpful staff. I am a very happy customer with zero complaints.

Collisions Unlimited has serviced our vehicles in the past and are courteous, helpful & know they're 'stuff'. But the BEST experience I ever had was when I pulled in to have them check a really strange noise coming from the engine compartment. A couple of guys started checking it out, then a couple more came out, the manager & front desk lady were watching from the windows and the drama continued. Finally a very scared squirrel came flying out from the engine - less some fur. Everyone laughed and to top it off, I wasn't even charged. I must have made their day, too.

This is the place you want if you crack up your vehicle! The body work is superb, paint matching is close to perfect, and the price is fair. Towing service and mechanic shop next door means it's one-stop for whatever you need fixed.
