He is very knowledgeable and responded quickly to all my questions in detail. Chis Thompson, the on-site technician walked me through the entire RV inside and out. He was also very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I am in love with my Forest River RV! My friend who drove me down to pick up my rig has owned several RV's and told me he would definitely be buying is next one from Colonia. Super shout out to this great dealership!
