Colonial Mazda Service

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of friendly service and expertise provided by the staff at Colonial Mazda. In addition to completing my first service, the team answered several questions leading up to my appointment. The car was ready when promised and the clean, welcoming waiting area was a nice bonus.

This was my second visit, and it was a disappointment. I had the 15,000 mile service package and asked if someone could check why my windshield wiper fluid doesn’t work- a basic safety issue since I’ve had to pull over and pour water on my windshield just to see, which I told them. The employee said no and that he didn’t want to stay past 4:00pm (I dropped my car off at 11:30am and was able to pick it up at 1:00pm). Instead, I was told to reschedule and pay a $170 diagnostic fee for something that could have been checked while my car was already there. The only decent interaction I’ve had was with Cody in sales. I would not recommend this service department.

Deanna their service writer is absolutely wonderful. We ran into some unexpected repairs and she did her absolute best to help get things handled at a fair price and quickly. She made sure to keep us informed through out the process. What could have been a massive headache turned out to be as painless and affordable as possible.

It has been stress free dealing with Mazda service. Anthony has been extremely informative and helpful thru every step. He has gone outside of his job description to make sure I receive great service. Colonial Mazda will always get my car for service!
