If I could rate 0/10 I would!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING A CAR WITH THESE PEOPLE. We got a letter in the mail about how our vehicle was so high in demand right now they wanted to pay top dollar for it blah blah blah. We knew it was too good to be true but we went by anyways to see what this was all about and we are actually in the market for a new vehicle anyways. We sat for 2 hours with the sales guy Rob and the sales manger Rodrigo who got us an out of the world deal and said because we were the last customer of the sale and day they were going to make it happen. We signed paper work, we agreed on price, we even shook the hands of the sales manager and sales guy telling us congratulations on the new vehicle we were so excited!! Fast forward to the day we're due to pick up the vehicle

They charge for diagnostic don’t fix I bring it back get the old we accidentally left a hose off and then the same code goes off two days later then I return a fishing text from service manager and he was sarcastic in his own misery

Non-regular customers beware! As a firm believer in fairness and transparency, I write this review to alert new customers seeking "professional" and "courteous" customer service. In early 2023, I bought a vehicle from Copeland Chevy in Brockton. A few months in, my front brakes started to squeal significantly prompting me to bring it in for service. At that time, I was told the front brake pads and assembly needed to be replaced due to a defect. Estimated repair time was unknown as the parts were on back order. I received a comparable rental for about 45 days while waiting for the repair. Fast forward to early June of 2025, the gripping squeal returned. In an effort to get it looked at somewhere closer to home, I figured, why not bring it to Colonial South in Dartmouth? I regretted this

Service department personnell were pleasant and my vehicle was taken in promptly for service. I especially liked the video I received via text explaning what they were doing on the vehicle and reporting the condition of my tires and brakes. Very satisfied all around. Jeff G.
