Colonial Volkswagen of Medford Parts Department

Had an appointment for 10:15 for a “low tire pressure” alert that I think is due to cold weather. Waited for over two hours with no updates and finally left without ever having my car looked at. While waiting, I tried to get some work done but had the pleasure (sarcasm) of listening to employees obnoxiously singing and Stephanie from finance shouting someone’s social security number and first and last name loudly enough for all to hear. I hate this place. Extremely unprofessional staff.

I didn't buy my car there but, this is my opinion the service department is very good they listen to you when you bring Volswagon there and when you get car serviced it seems that, the Service advisors and Machinst's work pretty well together. You will like there waiting area nice chairs with a big screen TV and a play area for baby and small kids (Very well thought of) and you can make coffee and other drinks. Now except your Volswagon will cost you quite a penny to get your car fixed there so please when you get the coupons in the mail it makes it more easier towards paying for it. All in all it's a nice place to get your car service Ohhh and one more thing every time you get your car serviced they will wash and vacuum your car.
