Not good although I like the dealership the Body Shop is really inexperienced and their customer service is lacking......It took multiple trips from NC to this VA dealership (8 trips @ on average $50.00 round trip ) to mabe get my car repaired properly......Blending paint is a thing of the past and the fit and finish was terrable......But it was really nice to hear the Body Shop Mgr tell me "IT IS WHAT IT IS" that's a prime example of his customer service......Eventually they refitted the part and so far so good with me never to spend another $ with them❗️😣
Got 4 new tires for my truck with excellent service, very prompt with my appointment time—will purchase tires here again.
Always great everytime I get my truck serviced it's great. Great group of people.
I deducted one star because I don't like folks reving my truck when they pull out of the garage bay...and driving it like it's a sports truck racing the engine just to park it abruptly. Love you guys. But don't drive my truck this way please and thanks. Hope to change this review the next round....
Just a quick tire rotation. In and out first thing in the morning. Free with my tire purchase from them.
