Avoid this service center. I brought in a jeep renegade and they recommended replacing the rear brakes and rotors, $600. I took the vehicle to a nearby chain and was told my rear brakes and rotors are perfectly good. They have well over 50% of their life remaining.
Went in needing a radiator hose for my Cherokee. Customer service was awesome and he knew exactly why my part failed and gave me the new version. Really appreciated the care and attention I was provided!
I called spare department to ask for different things to upgrade my vehicle and they are very rude. You should hire people who want to work and have experience in customer service. Do an exercise and mark them and you will see what a terrible attitude. I will look in other store better.
They were the 7th auto parts/Jeep dealer that I called to locate the part needed, and the first to be able to get it and not brush me off. The biggest plus is I was able to order it with no money down for next-day pick-up. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable, friendly, and make the process incredibly easy.
