Coloradoland Tire and Service

I've been a customer here for 6 years, I am now a customer of Ace Tire. I needed 1 lug nut taken off because it was locked. They quoted me $70 for less than 15 minutes work. I know everyone wants to make money but I spend $650+ a year at this location and it was an emergency situation, not to mention the $300 tire that I'm buying to replace the one I needed off. Went to Ace Tire and in less than 10 minutes, with a smile and a thank you they had me back on the road. I'll be getting my tires from them. Colorado land should really work on customer service before all of your customers go to Ace

This is the second time I've taken a punctured tire in for repair. This shop is excellent. They do awesome work and are quick and efficient. They have fair prices. I'll be back to buy tires when needed. Which might be sooner than later at the rate I'm getting flats.

This was my first time here to have my tires mounted and balanced. This is my impression: The Pros: Staff at front desk was easy to work with. They got my vehicle right in and had the work done in an hour. The Cons: I paid a premium price of $30 per tire to have them mounted and balanced (double what I paid at the last shop I went to, not in Lamar) and despite this, the branding stickers were left on the tread of each tire. (I hope that didn’t affect the balancing) Then the wife drove it home which imbedded the stickers into the small grooves in the tread. I had to work at removing them at home but wasn’t able to get all of them off. Also got charged an extra $8.40 for “shop supplies”. Not a huge deal, just seems ridiculous for a shop to charge so much and still lack attention to detail.

The gentleman I met at the shop were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions, got my family and I back on the road super fast and without costing us a ton. If you're in a pinch go here. You won't regret it!
