Zac from Colton RV was amazing. He offered to do a video walkthrough before we drove the 8 hours to to see our new RV. Zac answered all our questions and they were many. He was never high pressure on the sale. He walked us through the process every step of the way. He suggested that we camp there three days to make sure everything was perfect before we left. Drew the parts representative took us to every system, showed us where everything was located and how it worked. He also fielded many technical questions. We like Colton RV so much, that we were driving three hours to their other location to have additional solar panels installed.

I would like to thank Zak for helping us find our new RV. He would check in every so often to see how our search was progressing. He was persistent but never pushy. The price was the price, no surprises or upcharges. He always asked what we were looking for and stayed in our wheel house. So far any warranty issues have gone smoothly.
