The team at Columbia Auto Body in Whitman did an amazing job repairing my Toyota Matrix. I bought the car used, and they made it look brand new, going above and beyond my expectations. They even cleaned the inside, which was a huge surprise. Jen in the front office was incredibly helpful. I never had an accident before and she assisted me through the process. It was particularly nice that they were able to return the rental car for me. I highly recommend Columbia Auto Body.

Had a fender bender. They worked with the insurance company. They did a fantastic job making my car like new and even detailed inside and out!! Thank you for a wonderful experience (from an accident) that could have a major hassle.

I got my car fixed here through insurance about a month ago and they were amazing. They did a great through job and even detailed my car! A few weeks later one of my rear bumper sensors pooped out of place (the rear bumper had been replaced at the fix) and no questions asked when I called about it they told me to come in whenever is convenient and fixed it right then and there. The whole staff has been friendly and accommodating. 5 ☆ x2 for sure!

My car had some pretty severe denting with the radiator support, with most things on the front misaligned and unable to close properly. Columbia Auto Body got everything put back into place for me in a week. I'm happy to be on the road again.

I can not reccomend Columbia Auto Body enough. After a family trip to get a christmas tree a giant buck ran into the road right in front of my SUV. The deer got up and ran away but my right passenger side was severely damaged. After searching for local shops and being given outrageous wait times for any possible service I discovered Columbia Auto Body and was able to schedule an appointment after my insurance appraised the damage. I have to say that I am blown away with the service I received from the first phone call until I picked up my car.
